Ivory/Union Street, Braintree - This assignment involved estimating the value of a permanent easement which was to be granted on MBTA land by the MBTA to a private owner for the purpose of erecting a sign. The purpose was also to provide a fair rental value of MBTA owned excess land abutting the MBTA “Red” line for use under a licensing agreement to be granted by the MBTA to a private abutter.

Pearl Street, Brockton - This assignment involved assorted fee and temporary construction easement takings of privately owned land by Massachusetts Highway for road improvements.
